Integrated logistics services company PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk (JBL) has secured green financing from PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) worth Rp120 billion to build a Green Logistics ecosystem.
JBL will use the funding to purchase 150 electric trucks, which will then be operated as part of its logistics transportation fleet serving clients in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry especially on Sulawesi Island.
The financing commitment was signed by JBL President Director James Budiarto Tjandrakesuma and representatives of BNI at the Tangerang Commercial Business Center, BSD South Tangerang, on Monday, May 25, 2026.
“We would like to express our deepest appreciation to BNI for supporting the business transformation we are undertaking through this financing. This collaboration is not only financial support but also an effort toward a modern and efficient logistics industry,” said James Budiarto.
To ensure the electric trucks operate at maximum efficiency, JBL has partnered with several companies, including Raba (Rawat Armada Bersama), a vehicle maintenance service provider, and Utomo Deck, which supplies charging station equipment.
