Today on December, 2020, PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics (JBL) inaugurated a new office at Ruko Prominence, Alam Sutera. Beginning with a ribbon-cutting procession by the leadership of JBL Group, Eric Christian Samalo, Dimas Teguh Mulyanto, and James Budiarto Tjandrakesuma, this company has realized its goals and dreams when the company was first formed.
James Budiarto, president director of JBL, said that the company's origins only started with five fleets with customers of PT Sharp Electronics and Alfamidi. Thanks to the customer support and persistence in carrying out its operations, JBL is able to continue to move forward to success with integrated transportation and logistics services (JBL Integrated Logistics System). Some of JBL's main customers are giants in the retail world such as PT. Midi Utama Indonesia (Alfa Midi), PT. TirtaSukses Perkasa (Club Water) and PT. Mulia Keramik Indah Raya (Noble Ceramics).
JBL is able to compete and excel quickly because of its ability to implement digital transformation in management systems, fleet operations, to customer service. The application of this technology improves business and service performance and has even won various national awards.
